These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites supman.solutions and solutions.supman.pl (the "Site") and the software, products, and services offered by SUPMAN ("Company", "we", "us") including but not limited to CAMO, DefaceCatcher, BruteCatch and SysClear Core (collectively, the "Software"). By accessing the Site or using the Software you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Description of Services
Supman provides security-focused IT software and managed IT services. Each product has its own functional scope, documentation, and where applicable, dedicated terms which apply in addition to these Terms.
2. Subscriptions and Billing
- Most Supman products are sold as recurring monthly or yearly subscriptions.
- Payments are processed exclusively by Paddle.com Market Limited acting as Merchant of Record (MoR).
- Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
- You may cancel at any time via the Paddle customer portal or by contacting us at [email protected].
- Prices, taxes and currency are displayed at checkout and are subject to applicable VAT/GST/sales tax.
3. Service Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, performance or availability. The Software and Site may be modified, suspended or discontinued at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes in advance.
4. Customer Support
Email support is available at [email protected], Monday to Friday, 8:00-16:00 CET, excluding Polish public holidays.
5. User Accounts
Supman products may operate without a user account. Where an account is required, you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out under your account. Payment-related personal data is handled by Paddle on our behalf.
6. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time via Paddle. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Software or the Site in case of breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, abuse, illegal activity or non-payment.
7. Updates
Updates to the Software may be required and may be applied automatically. We reserve the right to discontinue support for older versions.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to (a) reverse engineer, decompile, copy or redistribute the Software, (b) use the Software in violation of applicable laws, (c) use the Software to attack, scan or otherwise harm third-party systems without authorisation, or (d) use it in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair Supman infrastructure.
9. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Software, the Site, the trademarks "Supman", "CAMO", "DefaceCatcher", "BruteCatch", "SysClear Core" and related branding belong to SUPMAN. No rights are transferred to you other than the limited right to use the Software in accordance with these Terms and your subscription.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version takes effect upon publication on this page. Continued use of the Software or the Site after the update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SOFTWARE AND THE SITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SUPMAN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue or data. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees you paid for the relevant Software in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the courts competent for the seat of SUPMAN.
