Consumer right to cancel
If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase and receive a full refund within 14 days of completing the transaction, without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which you completed the purchase.
To exercise the right to cancel, please contact us at [email protected] before the 14-day period expires, including your order ID and the email address used at checkout.
Exception. The right to cancel does not apply to digital content that you have started to download, install, stream, or otherwise actively use, where you expressly consented to immediate access and acknowledged the loss of the right to cancel.
Effect of cancellation
If you cancel your order within the permitted period, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision. Reimbursement will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
Refunds beyond the 14-day window
Beyond the 14-day consumer cancellation period, refunds are provided at our sole discretion on a case-by-case basis and may be refused. Refund requests will be refused where we find evidence of fraud, refund abuse or other manipulative behaviour.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer in relation to products that are not as described, are faulty, or are not fit for purpose.
Subscription cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Paddle customer portal or by contacting us. Access to the service will remain active until the end of your current billing period; you will not be charged for subsequent billing periods.
The 14-day right to cancel applies only to the initial subscription purchase, not to each automatic renewal.
Sales-tax refund policy
If you were charged sales tax (VAT, GST or other applicable taxes) and are registered for sales tax in the country of purchase, you may be entitled to a refund of the sales-tax amount where permitted by applicable law.
You must contact us within 60 days after completing the purchase to be eligible for a sales-tax refund, and provide a valid sales-tax registration number. Requests received after 60 days will not be processed.
